Admission Policies and Procedures
St. Stephens Creative Leaning Center (SSCLC) seeks to admit students whose parents desire a quality Christian education for their child.
A spirit of mutual cooperation is necessary if we are going to be successful. St. Stephens Creative Leaning Center encourages students to be successful; therefore, each student is expected to put forth-maximum effort according to his/her abilities.
Enrollment Process
The enrollment process consists of completing the paperwork listed below and a personal interview with the Administrator. If this process is not fulfilled admission to St. Stephens Creative Leaning Center may be denied.

For each student applying, the following must be provided:

A completed application and complete tuition requirements

Proof of age for students entering (i.e., copy of birth certificate, students must be five years old by December 31st)

Health And Safety
The school personnel will work diligently to maintain a safe and healthy environment for all students. Parental cooperation with the school health and safety policies is necessary in order to avoid accidents and proper care for students. Safety rules for students are posted in the classroom. These rules are discussed with the students for the health and safety of all concerned. Students are required to report any unsafe conditions or talk of potentially hazardous conditions to the teacher or administrator.
Required Immunizations
Every child must be current in his/her immunization to attend SSCLC. Maryland law requires immunizations.
Every child entering school in the state of Maryland must submit a completed physical examination form.
Birth Certificate
A certified copy of the child’s birth certificate must be presented to the school prior to acceptance.
